I tried putting it off as long as I could but I just could not find anything to write about today. Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals is tomorrow, tonight is Game 4 of the NBA Finals but Ill be in bed before the end of the first quarter, and baseball just plain sucks. There are minor stories out there but none of them catch my fancy. I don't care about Brett Favre until he comes out of retirement and I'm sick of every little update about what he's doing or what the Minnesota Vikings are saying or not saying. Baseball is just too boring to watch and every play looks exactly the same. Tiger Woods won the other day but it's not news unless he wins another major and gets closer to Jack Nicklaus. Alabama is getting penalized by the NCAA and will have to forfeit all games from 2005-2007, but they've been irrelevant for the last decade so big whoop. Baseball sucks. Derrick Rose has a picture on the Internet throwing up gang signs at a party but who cares he is not hurting anybody and he released a very mature statement about the pics, so what you want but it sounds good. I'm really looking forward to Game 7 between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Detroit Red Wings tomorrow, I believe the Pens can do it but they just need to be patient and good things will come.
