Coach Cross is in his second year with the Rockets after being an assistant at the University of Notre Dame. During his first season with Toledo Cross opened up the new Savage Arena with a thrilling last second victory over the University of Massachusetts 57-56. The Rockets would go on to finish the regular season with 7-24 record. UT faced the Akron Zips in the first round of the MAC tournament but lost on a last second tip-in 93-92. The Rockets have 7 incoming freshman to help pump some new life into the basketball program. Coach Cross is a really cool guy and I have a lot of respect for him, enjoy the interview.
