NFL upholds Lynch's 3 game suspension...
Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch appealed his three game suspension handed down by the NFL for violating the league's personal conduct policy but he lost and will now have to sit out the first three weeks of the regular season. In February of this year Lynch's car was searched and police found an unregistered 9mm hand gun in a backpack in the trunk and he was also found with 4 joints but no drug charges were filed. This is his second scrape with the law in as many years, last year he was arrested for hitting a woman with his car and then fleeing the scene Lynch plead guilty but did not get any jail time. Lynch will be allowed to participate in all preseason practices and games up until September 5th then he will have to sit a stretch of games that include going to New England for the season opener and then home games with Tampa bay and New Orleans. In the offseason the Bills signed Dominic Rhodes to help Freddie Jackson carry the load of the running game in the first month of the season while Lynch is suspended.
