B.Y.U. cracks top-10 in A.P. poll after upset over Oklahoma....

The B.Y.U. Cougars made the biggest jump from the preseason poll to this weeks A.P. poll moving 11 spots to number nine after pulling off the biggest upset of the college football weekend knocking off then #3 Oklahoma 14-13. The Sooners dropped 10 spots to #13. Florida remained the top team with Texas and USC staying in the same spots. Oklahoma State moved up four spots to #5 after easily knocking off the Georgia Bulldogs. Alabama moved up one spot into the #4 spot after defeating Virginia Tech. Ohio State dropped two spots to #8 after squeaking by Navy. Rounding out the top-10 are Ole Miss at #6, Penn State at #7, and California at #10.

Notre Dame jumped five spots to #18 after soundly defeating Nevada 35-0 and they look to prove their ranking is no fluke this weekend against the Michigan Wolverines.

The Miami Hurricanes knocked Florida State out of the top-25 and in doing so moved themselves into the the top-25 after being unranked they sit at #20 in the nation. Missouri and Cincinnati also played there way into the top-25 with wins over the weekend placing #25 and #23 respectively.
