Penguins down the Senators 4-1...

The Pittsburgh Penguins(5-1-0) continued their dominance of the Ottawa Senators(3-2-0) with a decisive 4-1 victory in Ottawa.

The Senators opened up the scoring but that would be their only point of the game when Milan Michalek snuck the puck past Marc-Andre Fleury for a 1-0 lead and his first goal of the season.

The Penguins responded less than a minute later off of a Bill Guerin(2) goal that he rebounded in off of his own shot and into the net for a 1-1 tie. MMMMMMMMMMRRRRRRRRRRRR. KENNEDYYY Tyler Kennedy would pick up his third and fourth goals of the season in the second period to give Pittsburgh the lead for good at 2-1 and then 3-1. Jordan Staal would put his third puck of the season into the net to ultimately close out the game 4-1.

Fleury remains unbeaten on the season at 4-0 and stopped 30 of 31 shots in the game. Sidney Crosby was held scoreless for the third time in four games and Evgeni Malkin was held without a point for the second time of the young season. The Penguins are undefeated on the road so far this year and they have one more road game at Carolina before returning to the friendly confines of Mellon Arena for a five game home stand.

GO PENGUINS!
